When will I get my order?
All of our products are made to order, which means once we receive your order, our production partner will go ahead and produce it. If it's a personalized order, our designers will work on the design within 12 hours after an order is placed and we'll send the design files to production.

Where will my order ship from?
We collaborate with various manufacturers operating from distinct production facilities across the US, UK, Germany, Australia, and Canada. This enables us to dispatch your orders from the nearest production facility, ensuring the fastest possible delivery of your products. You can refer to our wholesale page for the names of the production facilities.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Do you offer gift-wrapping / gift messages?
We sincerely apologize, but as we don't personally prepare orders, we're unable to offer gift-wrapping services. However, we can include a gift card upon request

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
• Ask your local post office if they have your package.
• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping courier has lost the package, please file a police report before getting in touch with us at info@iroko.studio with your order number. But rest assured, to ensure your satisfaction, if needed, we'll send you a free item.
