Returns

Our return policy covers you for 14 days. If a full two weeks have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item(s) must remain unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and still be in their original packaging.

Please send your item back to us in its original packaging. Remember not to send your purchase back to the manufacturers. For all Order Return inquiries, please reach out to us via "Contact Us" section 

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s in the specified condition and manner, we'll promptly process your refund. The refund will be initiated through the same payment method you used for your purchase. The processing time may vary, but you can typically expect the credit to appear in your account within 5-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Order Changes and Cancellation

We understand that life can be unpredictable. That's why, upon purchase, you have a 24-hour window to cancel or make changes to your order. Sale items, however, cannot be canceled or changed. After 24 hours, your order will already be in the process of being prepared for shipping, making order changes or cancellations impossible.

Damaged/Missing Items

If your order arrives with damage or is missing items, don't worry. We're here to help! Reach out to our support team to make a Damaged/Missing Item Claim. When emailing us, please use "Damaged/Missing Item Claim" as your subject to ensure we prioritize your request.

Sample Scenarios:

  • "My tracking info shows it's delivered, but I don't have it yet." If the post office and shipping carrier confirm the delivery date, time, and location, we can't be held responsible for missing items at that point.

  • If the package was delivered to the exact same address you provided and the mistake was on our end, we'll make sure you receive your item without any extra cost. However, double-check your shipping address when you order, and if you spot an error, contact us immediately so we can rectify it before processing the order.
